Audrey Scott Award

In 2008, I was honoured with the Audrey Scott Award for being the youngest swimmer to cross the English Channel, a feat I accomplished at the age of 14. The award is given annually to the youngest swimmer who completes the channel crossing in that year. It was a momentous achievement that required months of rigorous training and mental preparation. The English Channel swim is one of the most challenging and prestigious open-water swims in the world, and I am proud to have made history as the youngest person to complete it in my year.
